This engagement session was extra special for us—because Aliona isn’t just a beautiful bride-to-be, she’s also our little sister. Documenting this season of her life with Artur was such an honor. We started in downtown, where they wore sleek, all-black looks that gave editorial energy in the best way. The mood was bold, stylish, and understated all at once. Then, for the second half, they changed into linen neutrals and we were out taking photos until sunset By the end of the night, we pulled out my flash and captured some of our favorite direct flash images—cool, candid, and full of life. They were in love with the photos (and honestly, so were we).
