We’ve photographed a lot of special moments—but this one was different.
Alina is Sandra’s best friend (and was her maid of honor), so when Nazar reached out to us to plan the proposal, we knew it had to be perfect. After some sneaky coordination, we found the perfect spot on the cliffs of Cape Kiwanda. Nazar led her out to the rock with the ocean crashing in the background, dropped to one knee, and she said yes. When she saw us pop out with cameras, her first words were: “You liars!”—the best reaction ever.
The day was full of the kind of joy you don’t forget. We’re so honored we got to witness it all.
